About the role
As a member of the Business Support team, you will act as the administrative liaison for your unit, ensuring that internal policies are applied consistently across projects. You will support marketing and medical teams by managing the full lifecycle of meetings, advisory boards, and other program activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide project‑management support for marketing and medical programs, including briefing, agency selection, and cost‑saving reviews.
- Coordinate communications with Key Opinion Leaders, service providers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Organise on‑site logistics, prepare meeting materials, and manage progress of meetings, programs, and projects.
- Execute procurement and compliance system applications, perform FMV calculations, and ensure adherence to country‑specific requirements.
- Liaise with legal, compliance, and country profile owners to guarantee policy compliance.
- Manage vendor and supplier information, monitor performance, and handle RFQ documentation and cost comparisons.
- Maintain project documentation, attend coordination calls, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Required profile
- Recognised as an advisor within the team with strong knowledge of internal administrative processes.
- Innovative problem‑solver who can view issues from a broader organisational perspective.
- Effective collaborator who encourages communication across groups.
- Experienced in training and guiding colleagues to achieve high‑quality healthcare outcomes.
