Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead warehouse activities within a free‑trade zone. You will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with processes, and drive performance against customer expectations and key KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and strengthen customer relationships.
• Enforce process compliance, safety measures, and security controls in the warehouse.
• Manage P&L for assigned programs and monitor budgetary allocation of resources.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives across the value chain.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure storage and office areas are well‑kept.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff through on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to engage customers on contracts and renewals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive P&L performance.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
