Order Fulfillment Officer – 1 Year Contract (up to $3k)

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Officer will support the procurement function of a leading life‑science multinational in Singapore. This 1‑year contract role involves processing purchase orders, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and follow up on discrepancies.
• Identify suitable vendors, obtain quotations and compare prices against historical records.
• Create new items and maintain price lists in the SAP system.
• Assist with new vendor onboarding, including SAP account creation and EHS assessments where required.
• Negotiate purchase terms with vendors to achieve better pricing and conditions.
• Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders in SAP and obtain necessary approvals.
• Track order status, follow up with vendors to ensure on‑time shipment and handle any changes or cancellations.
• Perform quarterly stock‑take and provide backup support for the team during leave periods.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in order processing or purchasing.
