Order Management Specialist – Europe Region (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist to support our Europe‑region customers from our Singapore office. The role combines customer‑facing order processing with cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Order Management processes and guide internal stakeholders.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support testing sign‑off.
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by Account Management, customers and internal teams.
• Enter customer Purchase Orders with approved pricing into the system within 24 hours.
• Monitor order backlog to keep orders shippable and free from holds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Finance to remove obstacles to order fulfilment.
• Ensure Just‑in‑Time hub withdrawals are invoiced promptly.
• Provide timely updates on order status, shipment schedules and backlog enquiries.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation for audit and SOX compliance.
• Support B2B connectivity initiatives and customer onboarding.
• Monitor system performance and work with IT to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, collaborative environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role with a service mindset.
• Willingness to work the Europe‑region shift hours (2:15 PM – 11:15 PM SG time).
