Part‑Time Locum Health Care Assistant (HCA)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Locum Health Care Assistant to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will work closely with nursing staff to ensure residents receive daily personal care and support in a safe, clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic hygiene and personal care for residents.
• Support bathing, diaper changing, and other daily living activities.
• Participate in and facilitate resident activities.
• Assist therapists or psychologists during resident interventions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident areas.
• Collect and record data on resident progress.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen.
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI, or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least one year of relevant experience in home care, nursing home, community hospital, or hospital settings.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving techniques for hygiene and personal care.
• Ability to follow care protocols and record resident data accurately.

What we offer

• Part‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 12 pm.
• Monthly salary range SGD 1,360 – 1,440.
