About the role
We are seeking a Patient Service Associate to support the operations of an inpatient ward in a Singapore hospital. The role offers two shift options – morning (7 am‑4 pm) or afternoon (12 pm‑9 pm) – and is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in healthcare administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in admission and discharge documents.
- Assist in scheduling of appointments.
- Registration of patients.
- Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system.
- Handling phone calls and enquiries and providing information.
- Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum N Level qualification.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Open to all qualified applicants.
- Ability to work either the AM or PM shift as needed.
