Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

AMILI is seeking a hands‑on, numbers‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end paid acquisition for its consumer business. This individual contributor role offers high autonomy and full ownership of performance metrics, from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategy, managing budget pacing, spend efficiency and ROAS targets.
• Allocate budget across channels based on data‑led performance insights and reallocate as needed.
• Build and optimise retargeting and audience strategies using first‑party data.
• Collaborate with product, tech and design teams to optimise the D2C website and landing pages for conversion.
• Own the testing roadmap, run structured A/B tests on audiences, offers, copy and landing pages, and iterate quickly.
• Write ad copy, brief designers on creative concepts and ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
• Serve as the source of truth on paid performance, reporting weekly and monthly insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑first approach to marketing decisions.
• Experience managing sizable paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROAS.
• Proven ability to run high‑frequency tests and optimise campaigns at scale.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with product, tech and design teams.
