Personal Trainer

About the role

PEAK Gym Singapore is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Personal Trainer to design and deliver individualized and small‑group training programmes focused on strength, functional movement and overall fitness. The role involves guiding clients safely through exercises, monitoring progress and providing basic lifestyle and nutrition advice to support their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client fitness assessments and set realistic performance goals.
• Develop, implement and adjust personalised training plans for individuals and small groups.
• Demonstrate proper exercise technique, ensure safety and prevent injuries.
• Track client progress, modify programmes as needed and provide feedback.
• Offer basic nutrition guidance that complements training objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues on corporate wellness, group classes and gym culture initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organised training environment.

Required profile

• Relevant certification in personal training, strength & conditioning or fitness instruction from a recognised body.
• Experience delivering circuit training and sports‑coaching sessions.
• Practical knowledge of nutrition principles for basic client guidance.
• Previous experience in a gym or sports performance setting; familiarity with rehabilitation or functional movement is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
