Pilates Instructor – Full-time/Part-time

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Pilates instructors to join Options Pilates Studio in Singapore, offering both part‑time and full‑time roles. You will work with a supportive team, delivering high‑quality Pilates classes using a range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Mat and Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups.
• Assess clients’ posture, biomechanics and anatomy to tailor programs.
• Utilise functional equipment such as foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands, straps and blocks.
• Maintain a safe, clean studio environment and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Passionate, energetic and service‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Empathetic and able to build rapport with clients.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Certification in Mat & Reformer Pilates.
• Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and posture analysis.
• Proficiency with Pilates accessories: foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands, straps, blocks.
