Pilates Reformer Trainer

About the role

MORROW Health, Singapore’s largest integrated fitness and recovery destination, is seeking a Pilates Reformer Trainer to deliver alignment‑focused, mindful movement classes. You will combine precise Pilates technique with breathwork and functional alignment to enhance member experience and support longevity‑focused training.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate group and private Pilates Reformer sessions, ensuring safety, alignment, and high member engagement.
• Integrate mind‑body connection, breathwork, and precise cueing into every class.
• Collaborate with the Mindful Movement Zone Lead and Programming Manager to execute progressive, level‑appropriate programming aligned with Lifestyle Medicine pillars.
• Leverage medical assessment data to personalize sessions when needed.
• Educate members on posture, functional movement, and the benefits of Pilates for mobility, recovery, and longevity.
• Work with allied health teams and personal trainers to support rehabilitation or specific alignment needs.
• Maintain the reformer studio to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer in a premium setting.
• Deep knowledge of the Pilates method and strong clinical awareness.
• Ability to inspire, educate, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Commitment to MORROW’s philosophy of mind‑body empowerment and mindful movement.
