Pharmacy Executive

About the role

The Pharmacy Executive supports the pharmacy team by delivering safe medication dispensing, providing product advice and assisting the pharmacist in daily operations. This position works directly under pharmacist supervision and may also handle telepharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescription medications, including telepharmacy orders.
• Advise customers on supplements, surgical and medical devices and demonstrate proper usage.
• Perform administrative tasks and support the pharmacist in managing the dispensary.
• Control inventory, manage merchandising and maintain housekeeping standards for the Health Division (Div A).
• Travel within Singapore as required to support pharmacy operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or tertiary training in health services (preferred) or relevant healthcare experience.
• Passion for retail and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Readiness to travel within Singapore.
