PMO/Finance Analyst – Contract (Senior Executive)

About the role

The PMO/Finance Analyst will support Project Finance and Contract Management for Build & Operate platforms, partnering with platform leads, managers and finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Track, monitor and report Build & Operate (B&O) financials, including charge‑outs, cost tracking and utilisation reporting.
• Prepare timesheet analyses, compare actual charges against approved budgets and highlight discrepancies.
• Support CAPEX charge‑outs and provide documentation for the Finance Fixed Asset team.
• Manage contract processing, create Purchase Requisitions in Coupa, and ensure timely PO issuance.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain contract approvals, signatures and ensure compliance with banking and procurement guidelines.
• Monitor contracts against budgets, apply correct PC, GL and Fixed Asset codes, and oversee contracts exceeding $200K.
• Coordinate Master Service Agreement renewals and maintain accurate project documentation in GENE.
• Track and submit accruals, prepare management reports, and assist with budget submissions and GLAO reconciliation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
