Principal Program Manager, Construction, Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead the construction phase of multiple electrical projects. You will oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with international and local codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction of electrical projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely procurement and installation.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve issues to maintain quality and safety.
• Review and approve electrical submittals, shop drawings, and contractor work plans.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, Singapore SS 638:2018, NFPA, OSHA, and MOM regulations.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and control systems.
• Manage documentation including as‑built drawings, test reports, and operating manuals.
• Provide design constructability input and resolve interdisciplinary interface issues.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, track program milestones, KPIs, and reporting.
• Promote safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international electrical codes (NEC, IEEE) and Singapore regulations (SS 638:2018, NFPA, OSHA, MOM).
• Ability to manage large‑scale schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
