Private Bank Internship – Front Office Exposure

About the role

Join HL Bank Singapore’s Private Bank team as an intern and gain first‑hand exposure to front‑office processes. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Business Management, and Digital Transformation teams, supporting daily operations and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the front office in day‑to‑day activities.
• Assist in documenting and improving wealth‑management workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Participate in digitalisation initiatives by testing front‑office tools, dashboards, and client‑engagement platforms.
• Conduct research on industry best practices, client needs, and emerging digital solutions in wealth management.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in wealth management and financial services.
• Tech‑savvy with familiarity in Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑starter with curiosity about both finance and technology.
