Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will support Raffles Girls’ School by managing the end‑to‑end procurement of goods and services. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Operations and Procurement), you will ensure compliance with school policies, maintain accurate records, and foster strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist budget holders by collating past purchasing data and monitoring operational and capital expenditure.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow established policies, procedures and statutory guidelines.
• Administer GeBIZ requests, support the B2P system, and manage purchase requisitions and invoice verification.
• Understand contract terms, track renewals, maintain the contract register and support periodic supplier evaluations.
• Prepare quarterly procurement newsletters and maintain transparent documentation for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in purchasing, supply chain management or project management.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school‑supported applications.
• Good knowledge of information technology and basic cybersecurity awareness.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
