Procurement Executive/Manager

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Procurement Executive/Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and logistics activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cost‑effective purchasing, material availability, and supply‑chain efficiency while complying with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation, negotiation, purchasing, order placement, and delivery follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain an approved vendor database, evaluate performance, and build long‑term relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, support stock takes, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities to enhance resilience and cost competitiveness.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple procurement processes simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to procurement.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
