Procurement Manager – AI Compute

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing for AI compute hardware and related services. You will work closely with internal tech teams and global vendors to ensure timely delivery of GPUs, CPUs, servers, and software needed for high‑performance computing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle – supplier development, RFQ, benchmarking, negotiation, contracts, order delivery and after‑sales support.
• Build senior partnerships with OEM/ODM and channel vendors to secure GPU allocation, production priority and volume discounts.
• Track global compute hardware and EDA software market trends, control spend and achieve annual cost‑reduction targets.
• Mitigate cross‑border delivery, customs and software licensing compliance risks for long‑term AI compute projects.
• Draft procurement, EDA subscription and maintenance contracts and coordinate legal compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, International Trade or related field.
• 3–5 years of Asia‑region AI compute or IDC procurement experience, preferably with GPU server and EDA procurement.
• Proven track record negotiating multi‑million‑dollar contracts and managing long‑term procurement projects.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination, risk identification and problem‑solving abilities.
