Production Assembly Operator II

About the role

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Production Assembly Operator II (Process Technician II) to work on final‑process production cells for cardio‑ and endovascular medical devices. The role involves independent execution of manufacturing steps while adhering to strict quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow current working instructions, cGMP, hygiene and environmental guidelines.
• Execute assigned process steps independently and monitor process compliance.
• Report any process, quality or safety discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as move tickets and inspection protocols.
• Participate actively in Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Perform sampling checks for new hires during stage‑2 training and train new employees on production processes.
• Ensure a safe work environment and uphold equipment calibration and maintenance standards.

Required profile

• Completed professional education (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a production environment.
• Experience working in a clean‑room environment and with inspection tasks or machine handling is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cGMP and clean‑room procedures.
• Familiarity with Kaizen continuous‑improvement methodology.
• Ability to perform sampling checks and train new hires.
