Production Operator – Automatic Machines

About the role

Skyworks is seeking a Production Operator to work on automatic and semi‑automatic equipment in a cleanroom environment. The role offers a fast‑paced, collaborative setting where you will contribute directly to the manufacturing of high‑performance analog semiconductors.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines according to process sheets or supervisor instructions.
• Prioritize daily production demands and manage loading and unloading of parts into equipment.
• Perform basic housekeeping and maintain workstation cleanliness to maximize manning ratio.
• Conduct checks and inspections against predetermined tolerances.
• Carry out any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating 4‑3 shift schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties in a cleanroom.
• Compliance with cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment requirements.

Required skills

• Capability to follow written or verbal production instructions.
• Basic ability to perform simultaneous tasks to maintain production flow.
