Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Production Operator to join the operations team at MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions. In this role you will support day‑to‑day chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring high‑quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as reactors, mixers, pumps and related machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor key process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to maintain stable and efficient production runs.
• Perform in‑process checks, take samples and conduct basic quality tests, reporting any deviations.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods – loading, unloading, transferring batches and packaging products.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
