Production Operator

About the role

Cytiva is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Tuas, Singapore. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of dry‑powder media used in life‑science and biotechnology applications.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials and pack finished product according to SOPs, GDP, and EHS requirements.
• Manually assemble and operate equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling while following GMP standards.
• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitisation of production areas and equipment using approved agents.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, contamination‑control, and safety procedures throughout the shift.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ level, NITEC, Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a controlled manufacturing environment (candidates without experience are also welcome).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in powder‑handling environments.

Required skills

• Operating production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling.
• Manual cleaning and sanitisation of equipment and production areas.
• Knowledge of GMP regulated manufacturing processes.
• Basic mathematics and troubleshooting abilities.
