Production Supervisor

About the role

Pan American Infra is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at its mining plant in the West. The role involves overseeing the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating a team of plant operators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily plant activities and ensure smooth production flow.
• Supervise a group of employees and plant operators, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Coordinate deliveries, transports, and material handling to meet production schedules.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed NATIN or equivalent level of education.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the shop floor.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bricklaying and drying machines to oversee the production process.
• General knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 and HACCP quality systems (recommended).
