Programs Hiring Recruiter – Early Career & Specialized Programs

About the role

Google’s APAC Talent Engagement team is seeking a Programs Hiring Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for early‑career and specialized hiring programs. You will partner with product area recruiting teams and business leaders to build strong pipelines and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess, and hire high‑caliber talent for programs such as gReach, traineeships, internships, and new‑graduate cohorts.
• Design and execute recruiting strategies that align with regional market priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end applicant journeys from application through offer and onboarding.
• Oversee programmatic workstreams, ensuring operational accuracy, consistent engagement touchpoints, and host readiness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive conversion and pipeline health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment program management.
• Experience in campus, early‑career recruiting, or specialized program hiring.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced, data‑driven environments.
