Project Delivery & Operations Manager

About the role

The Project Delivery & Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of H3 Zoom’s managed services and inspection projects across façade, interior and built‑environment workflows. This hands‑on role combines operational rigor with strategic thinking to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and coordinate project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines for multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with field operations, AI/data teams, subcontractors, customer‑success and technical reviewers to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Document all project activities, monitor progress and proactively raise risks, delays or resource constraints.
• Analyse delivery performance, turnaround times and SLA adherence; produce weekly and monthly status reports for management.
• Support QA/QC checks on inspection deliverables, manage review comments and ensure final reports meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in resource planning for inspection, data processing, QA/QC, report generation and client submission workflows.

Required profile

• Operationally strong and detail‑oriented with a proven ability to manage projects from inception to closure.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a lean team environment and can execute tasks without extensive support structures.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills, comfortable working with internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
