Project Manager – Data Center Site Delivery (Singapore)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing data centre infrastructure firm, is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to lead on‑site delivery of prefabricated data centre solutions for a major project in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will own the end‑to‑end site delivery from product arrival through installation, testing and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Translate project and client requirements into practical delivery plans, ensuring site readiness, vendor mobilisation and resource allocation.
• Coordinate lifting, installation and multi‑stage testing of prefabricated data centre modules.
• Manage equipment vendors and subcontractors throughout commissioning activities from Cx Level 2 to Level 5.
• Participate in regular site meetings, monitor progress, identify risks and drive timely resolutions.
• Support equipment unpacking, inspection, damage reporting and escalation.
• Provide regular progress updates to the PMO and contribute to post‑project reviews and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of project delivery, site coordination or construction management experience in data centres, MEP, power, HVAC, ELV or large‑scale modular infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors, subcontractors and client stakeholders on an active site.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools for drawings and layouts.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
