Project Manager – EPC, Construction & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC, construction, tank, piping, plant modification and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating all phases from engineering to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe, timely, and successful execution of assigned projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables in line with contractual requirements.
• Develop execution plans, organization structures, manpower and resource plans in coordination with the project team.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, planning, and commercial staff.
• Coordinate activities from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor and control project costs, cash flow, progress claims and invoicing.
• Manage procurement, delivery of major materials and equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Handle contractual variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time and final accounts.
• Identify commercial opportunities and ensure proper documentation of variations.
• Implement risk mitigation measures for technical, commercial, schedule, procurement, construction and HSE risks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, client, procedural, specification, drawing, method statement and HSE requirements.
• Oversee quality requirements, QA/QC documentation, inspections, testing, NCRs and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing EPC, construction and plant modification projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement and resource planning.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Experience handling contractual variations, claims and commercial documentation.
• Solid understanding of HSE and QA/QC standards in construction environments.
