Project Manager – Executive Search

About the role

The Project Manager will support Perrett Laver’s executive search process, ensuring that clients, candidates and internal colleagues receive world‑class administration across all business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks for multiple search projects.
• Maintain high accuracy while juggling several priorities and tight deadlines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering professional and timely communication.
• Support internal project teams, contributing to collaborative workflow and knowledge sharing.
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
