Project Manager – Interior Design & Build

About the role

Idbox (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead interior design and fit‑out projects in Singapore. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget and allocate resources for interior design and build projects.
• Coordinate daily with clients, designers, suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor on‑site progress, manage logistics, expediting of materials and equipment.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks and changes, and prepare status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality and safety regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in interior design, construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong expediting and logistics management capabilities.
• Experience with inspection and quality control of works.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
• Diploma or degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
