Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. The role involves overseeing every phase from design through to hand‑over, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and drive projects to successful completion while meeting schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Manage each project phase from design to final delivery, optimizing resource use and cost‑effectiveness.
• Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities, setting guidelines and providing supervision to the project team.
• Monitor adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers to generate business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in a built‑environment discipline recognised by the PE Board.
• More than 10 years of managerial experience handling large construction projects.
• Dynamic, self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with a proven construction track record.
• Strong team spirit, technical competence and good interpersonal skills, coupled with a “can‑do” attitude.
