Project Manager – MEP Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the site supervision of MEP systems on large‑scale construction projects, preferably in data centre or industrial environments. The role involves ensuring high‑quality installation, coordinating with clients and contractors, and supporting the Lead Project Manager in project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review and report on the quality of MEP installation works.
• Lead the site supervision team, including Resident Engineer and Resident Technical Officers.
• Act as the main interface between client and contractor, coordinating client representatives and vendors.
• Work proactively with the contractor to challenge and improve installation quality and programme performance.
• Participate in regular site coordination meetings and weekly progress meetings with the client.
• Support the Request for Approval (RFA) process and change‑control submissions related to MEP.
• Promote health, safety and environment best practices on site.
• Utilise digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Bentley ProjectWise for documentation and communication.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in MEP engineering or equivalent construction management experience.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering and construction, with a strong background in MEP supervision.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of local standards, authority processes and construction regulations.
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical or manufacturing plant projects is an advantage.
