Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive execution across business, product, and engineering teams in a fast‑moving, fully remote environment. You will translate company priorities into concrete projects, assign owners, set timelines, and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery, coordinating business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Convert strategic priorities into detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and clear ownership.
• Establish operating rhythms for a distributed team, including status updates, decision logs, and escalation processes.
• Document context, decisions, action items, and deadlines to keep teams aligned without excessive meetings.
• Identify blockers, risks, and misalignments early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Support OKR and KPI definition, tracking, and review at company and team levels.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership visibility into progress, risks, and performance.
• Facilitate focused cross‑functional meetings when real‑time discussion is required and ensure clear follow‑up actions.
• Propose improvements to processes, workflows, and documentation as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy & operations, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed setting.
• Excellent communication skills for asynchronous collaboration and clear documentation.
• Proactive ownership mindset with a track record of driving projects to completion.
