Project & Site Manager – Construction (Shopping Mall / AEI)

About the role

We are seeking a Project & Site Manager to lead civil and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works for government or shopping‑mall (AEI) projects. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil works and M&E projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Supervise daily site operations, monitor progress against schedules, and achieve project milestones.
• Promote and enforce a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture on site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve site‑related issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
• 3‑5 years of site and project management experience in construction, shopping‑mall or asset‑enhancement initiatives (AEI).
• Experience with government projects is an advantage.
