Project Supervisor

About the role

The Project Supervisor will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring that work plans adapt to evolving requirements and that site activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and regularly review project work plans to meet changing needs.
• Identify construction issues through site surveys and propose solutions.
• Conduct on‑site visits and coordinate continuously with construction crews and operations personnel.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Develop, maintain, and improve business relationships critical to division success.
• Manage relationships with independent contractors and vendors, negotiating optimal rates for products and services.
• Evaluate project performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain client relations, establish proper interfaces, and present a professional image.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives and delivery process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects or similar environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
