Purchasing Representative

About the role

As a Purchasing Representative you will source electronic components, negotiate with suppliers and support the sales team with real-time market information. The role combines procurement, vendor management and trading activities, offering uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new suppliers while maintaining existing relationships.
• Negotiate price, terms and delivery dates for electronic components.
• Ensure product quality meets Fusion Worldwide standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives using a proprietary ERP system and maintain detailed notes.
• Proactively present product offers and share market insights gathered from vendors.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• High-energy, persistent and motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective negotiator with a proactive, creative mindset.
• Ambitious desire for uncapped earnings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office 365.
• Experience using ERP systems for procurement and sales tracking.
