Quality Engineer – Oil & Gas (Tuas)

About the role

Greensafe International is seeking a Quality Engineer to support its Oil & Gas projects in Tuas. You will develop and execute quality assurance and control plans, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across engineering and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and related documentation.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, material certificates, and inspection reports for compliance.
• Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) by conducting root‑cause analysis and applying corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate quality activities with engineering, production, QC teams, clients, and third‑party inspectors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date quality records and ensure adherence to ASME, API, AWS, and ISO 9001 standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC or Quality Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, piping, and inspection processes.
