Quality Executive

About the role

The Quality Executive will support the Material & Services branch in Singapore by ensuring aeronautical components meet regulatory and company airworthiness standards. This role bridges logistics, inspection, and quality control functions, working closely with teams in France and local service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical inspections of components received from repair vendors or customers.
• Manage system administration for component reception, documentation, discrepancy handling, and dispatch instructions.
• Report suspected unapproved parts to Quality Engineering and the manager.
• Ensure all activities comply with airworthiness requirements and perform system scrap reception.
• Analyse repair vendor proposals, receive sub‑assemblies, and update system records.
• Respond to technical enquiries and update component counters in the system.
• Conduct specific checks on serviceable or unserviceable components as required.
• Provide feedback on supplier quality performance and participate in supplier performance reviews.
• Support internal QEHS audits and contribute to quality‑related projects.
• Participate in job rotation schemes when needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of aeronautical component regulations, AD/SB/SIL, and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience in logistics and inspection operations within a material reception environment.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams in France and Singapore and external repair vendors.
• Strong attention to compliance and safety risks, acting with integrity.
