Receptionist – Pei Wah Avenue (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to support the daily operations of a primary school located on Pei Wah Avenue. This contract position involves managing the front desk, handling enquiries, and providing basic administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception counter, answer phone calls, and greet visitors promptly.
• File and mail letters, and process deliveries with accurate documentation.
• Support sick bay operations, including basic first‑aid assistance and maintaining supplies.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items and process early student departures.
• Keep the reception and sick bay areas clean and tidy.
• Assist with packing, relocation preparations, and other ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• GCE “N” Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception or general administration.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to perform basic word processing and data‑entry tasks.

Required skills

• Basic word processing.
• Data entry.
• Phone handling and visitor management.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge (advantageous).

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract from 1 Sept 2026 to 31 Aug 2027.
• Monthly salary of SGD 2,170.
• Standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (incl. 1‑hour lunch).
