Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast‑moving talent acquisition team in Singapore. This hybrid position involves managing the end‑to‑end interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, handling communications and updates.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage phone screens, video interviews, presentations, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates when required.
• Maintain interview logistics using Ashby ATS and other recruiting tools.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume recruiting coordination role.
• Obsessed with delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional yet friendly demeanor.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and capable of anticipating and solving problems quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ashby ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using video‑conferencing platforms for interview coordination.
