About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our executive search firm. Reporting directly to the Director, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior‑level positions across accounting, finance, IT, and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs.
- Drive business development activities to secure new accounts.
- Manage job offers and facilitate onboarding for a smooth experience.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience managing the full 360° recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
