Recruitment & People Engagement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, guiding them through our recruitment process and helping us find the right talent for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple recruitment platforms and channels.
• Engage with candidates via calls and messages to understand their motivations.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate information.
• Experiment with new sourcing methods to expand the talent pool.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment and manpower targets.
