Regional Business Development Manager

About the role

Acclime is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven “hunter” to join its Regional Business Development team in Singapore. The role focuses on outbound business development, identifying and converting new opportunities across multiple Asian jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in Singapore and the wider APAC region for cross‑border corporate services.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close new deals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Drive multi‑jurisdictional business opportunities in collaboration with local offices and service specialists.
• Craft tailored solutions to meet client needs and support the group’s multi‑million USD ACV target.
• Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners such as law firms, banks, accounting firms, and chambers of commerce.
• Organise and attend events, seminars, and trade missions to expand Acclime’s network and visibility.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate services, professional services, or consulting.
• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of securing new business.
• Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, persistent and results‑driven.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with corporate services, accounting, tax, payroll, or advisory services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
