Regional PR Specialist – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Regional Specialist – Public Relations will lead PR and communications initiatives across Southeast Asia while managing media relations in Singapore. This position blends regional strategy, agency oversight, sustainability reporting and internal communications to support the company’s brand and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies for the Southeast Asian market.
• Manage media outreach and relationships in Singapore, including press releases and story pitching.
• Oversee creation of press materials, executive content and support product launches and PR activations.
• Coordinate with country teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Lead regional PR agencies, monitor performance against KPIs and track media coverage.
• Coordinate regional sustainability reporting, consolidate data and assist in report content validation.
• Manage internal communications such as monthly newsletters and corporate messaging.
• Prepare briefing materials, interview talking points and Q&A for key spokespersons.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of PR/communications experience with regional exposure.
• Strong media‑relations background and proven agency‑management track record.
• Experience in sustainability communications and corporate/internal messaging.
