Registered Nurse – 4‑day 12‑hour shifts at Bright Hill

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bright Hill facility on a 4‑day, 12‑hour rotating shift schedule. You will provide person‑centred care to residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessments of residents.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications according to guidelines and monitor health conditions.
• Document nursing activities accurately and timely.
• Escalate any changes in residents' health to the appropriate team.
• Facilitate Advance Care Planning discussions and health education.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Participate in quality audits, risk reporting, infection control, and emergency protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and holding a valid practising certificate.
• Valid BCLS and AED certifications.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience in a nursing home or acute hospital in Singapore.
• Basic IT proficiency.
• Advanced Diploma or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
