Resident OT Cybersecurity Engineer – 18‑Month Offshore Energy Project

About the role

InfraSec is looking for a Resident OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join an 18‑month deployment on a major offshore energy new‑build at a Singapore shipyard. You will work directly under a certified ISA/IEC 62443 expert, gaining hands‑on experience with live PLC/SCADA systems and complex OT networks.

Key responsibilities

• Verify cybersecurity controls and review evidence on live PLC/SCADA environments.
• Witness and document cybersecurity tests, track punch items, and ensure remediation.
• Provide daily client‑facing support on a high‑complexity industrial project.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and evidence collection throughout the deployment.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in networking and/or security operations (Security+ or CCNA level).
• Degree or diploma in engineering or infocomm.
• Strong documentation discipline.
• Willingness to work onsite daily in a shipyard environment (boots required).
• Singapore citizen/PR preferred; regional candidates considered with EP sponsorship.
