Resident Physician

About the role

The Resident Physician provides first‑line clinical coverage, manages complex cases and mentors junior doctors. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the role supports clinic operations and assists in procedures and operations as permitted by senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line clinical services and handle complex patient cases.
• Guide and supervise junior doctors, sharing clinical knowledge and best practices.
• Assist in running outpatient clinics and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Participate in procedural and operative activities under senior supervision.

Required profile

• Active clinical practice in Singapore.
• Basic medical degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Post‑graduate qualification (e.g., MRCP) registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• For Resident Physician: minimum 3 years experience as a Medical Officer (post‑housemanship) or equivalent.
• For Senior Resident Physician: minimum 7 years experience as a Medical Officer/Resident Physician or equivalent.
