Restaurant Hostess (Basilico)

About the role

Join the Conrad Singapore Orchard team as a Hostess for Basilico, the hotel’s signature restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, manage seating plans and ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including email correspondence and guest communications.
• Answer telephone calls in line with Conrad standards and manage reservations efficiently.
• Maintain restaurant standards through regular inspections and coordinate any necessary repairs.
• Address guest complaints, report to management, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Assist with private event organization and maintain an up‑to‑date guest database.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and encourage repeat visits.
• Support emergency safety procedures and perform secondary daily duties as assigned.
