Restaurant Manager – Front of House Lead at Humpback

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the Front of House team at Humpback, an oyster bar and seafood bistro in Singapore. You will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, guaranteeing high service quality.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to create seamless dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organised and polished venue that reflects Humpback’s standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members through training, feedback and performance coaching.
• Support the Operations Manager with rostering, leave planning, purchasing, inventory and manpower planning.
• Identify and implement improvements in service, operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the Group’s service standards, operating procedures and core values.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, organised and able to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced setting.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to lead by example.
