Retail Supervisor – Store Coach

About the role

The Retail Supervisor (Store Coach) will lead a designated area of a Nike store, delivering premium consumer and employee experiences. You will coach associates, maintain visual standards, and support the Store Manager in driving business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities in a specific store area, including sales and service.
• Coach, mentor and inspire team members to achieve performance targets.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and floor standards.
• Communicate promotional events and maximize their impact.
• Identify issues and opportunities from sales data and customer feedback.
• Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• At least 3 years of retail experience (or 4 years without a degree).
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using retail business systems.
