Sales Development Representative

About the role

Deepgram is seeking an inbound and outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs to introduce Deepgram’s voice‑AI platform and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partnerships, Account Executives, and fellow SDRs to build a robust pipeline of new logos and exceed quarterly targets.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Engineers to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs in the Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) space, competitive landscape, and Deepgram’s value proposition.
• Research target companies to uncover speech‑recognition use cases and market opportunities.

• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows.
• Adaptable, quick‑learning, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, AI‑first environment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging senior technology and product leaders.

Required skills
