Sales Development Representative – Restaurant Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing technology company that provides an all‑in‑one operating system for restaurants. You will be the first point of contact for restaurant owners, introducing them to a platform that streamlines ordering, kitchen operations, inventory and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with restaurant owners to understand their business needs.
• Introduce the platform and demonstrate how it simplifies daily operations.
• Prospect new clients through calls, networking, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Conduct product demos and clearly explain the system’s value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships from first contact onward.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Confident and quick at building relationships.

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations and follow‑ups.
